Official Statement from the Chiefs Desk:

“Firefighter Paul R. Brady was tragically killed in the line of duty on Sunday June 30 th , 2006.  The New York State Fallen Firefighter Memorial Committee has refused to inscribe Paul's name on the New York State Fallen Firefighters Memorial at Empire State Plaza in Albany , NY .  This committee cannot be allowed to continue their illogical actions.
